GLORII Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 17, 2026
Welcome to GLORII.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GLORII, including its applications, websites, features, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using GLORII, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. About GLORII
GLORII is a platform for recreational football players to build and maintain a football identity, connect with teams and players, participate in football activities, record matches and performances, communicate, and find opportunities to play.
GLORII may include information created by users, teams, captains, referees, or other participants, as well as football-related information obtained from third-party sources.
References to third-party leagues, competitions, teams, services, trademarks, or information do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, partnership, or authorization unless GLORII expressly states otherwise.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and not intentionally misleading when creating or maintaining your account and player identity.
You may not:
- impersonate another person;
- intentionally claim a player identity that does not belong to you;
- create an account for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account; or
- circumvent GLORII’s identity-verification or security systems.
Certain existing player identities may require verification before they can be connected to your account.
3. Player Identities
A GLORII player identity is intended to represent a player’s football history across the Service.
In some cases, a player identity may exist before the player creates a GLORII account. For example, a captain or authorized team leader may create an unclaimed player identity when maintaining a roster or football record.
Creating an identity for another player does not give you ownership of that person’s account or the right to impersonate them.
GLORII may use verification processes to determine whether an account should be connected to an existing player identity.
We may review, restrict, correct, reverse, or otherwise address identity claims when reasonably necessary to protect users, account security, or the integrity of the Service.
4. Teams and Team Leaders
GLORII may provide additional functionality to captains, vice-captains, referees, or other authorized participants.
Depending on their role, authorized users may be able to:
- create or manage teams;
- maintain rosters;
- add or remove team members;
- assign team roles or jersey numbers;
- create or manage match information;
- create and post planned lineups;
- record or confirm match results;
- review performance submissions;
- create requests for players or substitutes;
- manage responses to those requests; or
- participate in player-identity verification.
Having one of these roles does not permit you to misuse that authority.
Team leaders and other authorized users must use these features in good faith and should only enter, change, approve, or verify information they reasonably believe to be accurate.
5. Football Records and Statistics
GLORII is designed to maintain persistent football records.
Football information may be entered, confirmed, corrected, imported, or derived from information supplied by players, captains, referees, teams, or third-party sources.
Football records may include:
- fixtures and matches;
- participants and appearances;
- results and scores;
- goals, assists, cards, and other match events;
- performance submissions;
- Player of the Game results;
- team and season information;
- standings; and
- derived player or team statistics.
You agree not to intentionally submit fraudulent match information, falsely attribute statistics, manipulate results, or knowingly provide materially inaccurate football records.
Shared football history
A football record can concern multiple players and teams.
Once a match or event becomes part of GLORII’s football history, no individual participant necessarily has unilateral control over that record.
GLORII may preserve, correct, revise, void, or otherwise maintain records when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of shared football history.
A record being corrected or voided does not necessarily mean every underlying record associated with it will be physically deleted.
6. Availability and Planned Lineups
GLORII may provide tools for match availability, RSVPs, squad planning, and planned lineups.
These features represent planning information and do not necessarily establish what actually happened in a match.
A planned lineup is a plan. An RSVP represents availability. Neither by itself establishes participation, an appearance, or match performance.
Finalized football records and other confirmed match information determine historical participation and statistics within GLORII.
7. User Content
You may be able to submit or share content through GLORII, including:
- profile information;
- photos;
- team information;
- messages;
- reactions;
- player-needed requests;
- football records;
- performance submissions; and
- other content supported by the Service.
You retain ownership of content that you own.
By submitting content to GLORII, you grant GLORII a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, and maintain the Service and its features.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to GLORII.
Where content forms part of a shared football record, GLORII may continue to maintain that record as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use GLORII to:
- harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- intentionally submit fraudulent football records or statistics;
- attempt to manipulate identity verification;
- misuse captain, team-leader, or referee authority;
- send spam or use the Service for deceptive activity;
- upload or distribute content that you do not have the right to use;
- violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- distribute malicious software or attempt to compromise the Service;
- probe, interfere with, bypass, or defeat security or access controls;
- scrape or systematically extract GLORII data without authorization;
- use automated means to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable demands on it; or
- use GLORII for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to provide it.
9. Messaging and Interactions With Other Users
GLORII may allow users to communicate through team chats, direct messages, reactions, mentions, and related features.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users and the content you send.
GLORII currently provides blocking functionality for certain interactions. Blocking does not necessarily prevent another user from seeing your profile or shared football records elsewhere in GLORII.
Some messages may be eligible for removal from the visible conversation for a limited period. Removing a message from view does not necessarily erase every underlying record associated with that message.
GLORII does not currently provide end-to-end encryption for messages.
If you experience abuse, harassment, impersonation, or another problem involving GLORII, you may contact support@joinglorii.com.
10. Third-Party Information and Services
GLORII may display, retrieve, process, or use football-related information from third-party league, competition, fixture, team, or other sources.
Third-party information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, changed, or unavailable.
GLORII does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued availability of information supplied by third parties.
Third-party names, trademarks, content, and services belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, their appearance in GLORII does not mean that the third party sponsors, endorses, operates, authorizes, or is affiliated or partnered with GLORII.
Your use of third-party services may separately be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
Except for user content and third-party materials, GLORII and its associated software, design, branding, graphics, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to GLORII and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of GLORII’s intellectual property.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.
“GLORII” and associated branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about GLORII, you allow us to use that feedback to evaluate, improve, or develop the Service without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not give GLORII ownership of unrelated content you create or your football identity.
13. Changes to the Service
GLORII is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, remove, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service develops.
We do not guarantee that a particular feature, integration, third-party data source, or functionality will always remain available.
Where reasonably possible, changes to the Service should not intentionally compromise the integrity of established football records.
14. Account Restrictions
We may restrict or suspend access to GLORII when reasonably necessary to:
- protect the Service or other users;
- address fraud, impersonation, abuse, or security threats;
- investigate material violations of these Terms;
- comply with legal obligations; or
- protect the integrity of player identities and football records.
GLORII does not currently provide complete self-service account deletion.
Questions or requests concerning your account can be sent to support@joinglorii.com.
Certain shared football, identity, security, or operational records may remain even when access to an account changes.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how GLORII collects, uses, stores, and handles information.
The Privacy Policy should be reviewed alongside these Terms.
The Privacy Policy is available at:
16. Disclaimers
GLORII provides tools for recreational football identity, records, communication, and participation.
Football information may depend on information supplied by users and third parties and may contain errors or become outdated.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
GLORII does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- that every football record will be complete or accurate;
- that third-party information will always remain available; or
- that every user will behave appropriately or provide accurate information.
Nothing in GLORII should be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLORII and those involved in operating the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your access to or use of the Service.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections that applicable law does not permit you to waive.
These Terms do not require arbitration.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as GLORII and the Service change.
When appropriate, we may provide notice of material changes through the Service, our website, email, or another available method.
